What helps us answer quickly
A price correction is the most useful message we get, and three details let us act on it the same day:
- The Suitecheck page, as a link.
- The figure that looks wrong, and what the vendor now shows.
- The vendor page where you saw it.
We re-read the vendor's page ourselves before changing anything, and the date on the page moves when we do.
What we can't do
We cannot answer account or billing questions for Semrush, Ahrefs or any other vendor — only their own support can see your subscription. We also don't accept payment for placement, reviews or links, so there is no media kit to request.
